Part load is the economical choice for small consignments: your goods share truck space with other shipments moving the same direction, you pay only for the space you use, and transit takes a little longer because of multi-stop unloading. Full truck load books the entire vehicle for you — doors sealed at pickup and opened only at your destination — which means faster point-to-point transit, zero handling at hubs, and the safest option for fragile or high-value freight. A simple rule of thumb: under half a truck and flexible on timing, choose part load; over half a truck, time-critical, or exceptionally fragile, choose FTL.
